I knew I wasn't signing up for a 5 star resort when I booked the hotel, but I didn't expect the flimsy mattress to sag, the mold all over the walls in the bathroom, and the sheets to be filthy. Primary issue was the crap "hospitality": I paid cash for Wifi only to find out that the signal didn't work in the room b/c it was located in the basement. It was a struggle to have my money refunded. Then, b/c the heater wasn't working properly we ended up soaking the linen w/ sweat one night. see below. Read less

Nothing...not even close to a tube stop.
Dislikes:
When we went to the staff to request new linen a 30 minute discussion ensued as to why they didn't want to provide new linen (and I quote, "I can't do that b/c that's women's work"). Will not return!

Staff are helpful if fairly invisible. Los muebles son de mearte de risa. Tienen al menos 30 anos,estan baratos y supercutre.(No tienen 'retro-cool').Se oye todo lo que dicen los vecinos. The room are fine, everything is fine BUT it's TOO far away from the centre ( about 1h30 of walk to reach the center ) and the area is really bad served, the closest metro station is about 3à min walk and the bus is not direct to the center.
